The Chief asks for assistance in collaring the criminals from the Inspector.  Meanwhile Detective Tokuno learns that the men may indeed be police officers from headquarters.  Natsumi goes out in plain clothes and runs afoul of them and breaks her arm.  After Ken goes missing from the hospital, she finds him at his fathers getting his bike worked on and they team up.  They get the renegade cops on the highway where many cop cars begin blocking exits and Miyuki goes in pursuit.
