Daimaru has finally opened his store with his bride-to-be Sena.  On the way there, Natsumi's bike breaks down and she stops at Kanno Auto to have it fixed.  The repairman is a disgruntled old man who makes her fix the bike.  Later, Miyuki meets the man and they all discover that he has a history with Daimaru.  They had planned to break the world speed record on the Zapper, a motorcycle he's still got stored in the garage.  With Miyuki's help, can they restore the bike so that Natsumi can finshed what the two men once began?
