Natsumi and Miyuki are accosted by some adolescent boys.  Also victims to these boys' pranks are a trio of young girls from the same school.  These girls meet up with Strike Man who forms them into the Strike Brigade.  They go about teaching the boys lessons while Natsumi and Miyuki follow up on the new Strike Man-like victims.
