After the explosion Cameron's programming reverts to its original.  After she defeats the men holding John and Sarah, she targets John next.  They escape but are wounded.  They seek sanctuary in a nearby church and she is able to track them by their blood.  Meanwhile, Agent Ellison faces the aftermath of Cromartie's attack on the FBI agents and what it means to have machines roaming around.  The Turk is delivered to an Irish woman who begins a new project at her company called Babylon.
