Jaye and Aaron hide in her trailer house and take pictures of Fat Pat trying to see what he looks like.  Her elderly neighbor Mrs Beattle shows up asking if she's gotten some checks that have been misplaced.  The buffalo on her apron tells Jaye not to give them to her.  Jaye finds Mrs Beattle's trailer smoking and turns off her oven.  When she gets home Fat Pat (who is not quite so fat anymore) is in her trailer looking at the photos she snapped of him.  Jaye tries to explain away the photos and then tries to get him back into social life by introducing him to her family and taking him to The Barrel.  Pat thinks her reasons for doing so are more amorous than they are and, dejected by her rejection, begins to eat Mrs Beattle's muffins.  He winds up in the hospital where Jaye returns Mrs Beattle's checks.  Mrs Beattle and Pat make a deal to endorse her muffin business.
