Ranmaru's powers are beginning to be questioned by those that give Tokko orders.  Tokko sends Kureha to determine whether or not Ranmaru will be a tool for good or turn evil.  She gives him a little more information on what they are dealing with and that he is a symbiont with a creature living inside of him and a part of the 108 piece gateway.
