The group decides to start with the old pharmacist in their quest for Makubex but he knows nothing (at least that's what he says).  Ban, Ginji and the others head out and get separated into the VR world's that they had previously visited.  Shido is attacked by Kurusu and learns that he had always been working against the lightning Emperor while feigning allegiance.  Takeru Teshimine, the man that found and raised Ginji, finds Kurusu and they do battle also.  Ban is attacked once again by Fudou and he is able to defeat him once and for all.  Ban then confronts Kagami about his role in all this.  Meanwhile, Makubex has been able to get data out of the Limitless Fortress to Sakura at the Honky Tonk.  They are unable to get a message back in since Ren has disabled incoming traffic.  Hevn hires Akabane to transport the data disc inside the Limitless Fortress.
