Hevn asks the GetBackers to retrieve a case full of rare blood that is needed for a transfusion in order to save a little girl injured in a wreck.  Ginji keeps remembering his childhood and how he was unable to save a little girl in similar circumstances.  Things get tougher when they find out that Akabane is one of the ones transporting the goods.
