Ginji's "friend" has angered him into becoming the Lightning Emperor once again and his energies black out the Limitless Fortress.  Akabane arrives and, seeing his power, decides that he must confront Ginji for the fun of it.  Ban shows up in time to revert Ginji back to his normal self.
