A new training officer is assigned to Bokuto Station, the same man that helped in the Tokyo Tower affair.  When Natsumi arm wrestles him for lunch, he wins and she can't believe it.  Now she has a rival and works hard at getting better.  In simulations she demands that her tests be made harder so that she can prove herself.
