Natsumi is going to get her driving license and everyone in Bokuto Station is betting against her - except the Chief.  She scares the first man into getting her learner's permit but the driving test instructor is much stricter - until Natsumi enters into a hot pursuit with a truck that rear ends a car and drives off.
