A man dressed as Santa is robbing people at night.  One of the little girls at the nearby schools tells Miyuki and Natsumi about what she saw.  Meanwhile, Strike Man is out again but this time he's dressed as Santa Man.  Could he be the culprit or is it someone else altogether?
