Natsumi Tsujimoto is running late for work and scampers in her small motor bike around traffic and on an overpass to get to work.  She's pulled over by a police woman.  She later discovers that this is her new partner, Miyuki Kobayakawa.  After a while working together, Natsumi begins to think that they are not suited for each other when a driver causes them some problems.  Evidently, this is a man who always "breaks in" new officers.  After the chase is over Natsumi decides to let things work out between them.
