Rose Anderson steals a gem but has to stash it due to complications.  Roy, Miranda, Kasha, Solty and Yuto are at a waterpark enjoying a relaxing time.  The RUC agents get a day off and they go to the same waterpark.  It's pandemonium when Rose and Solty try to get the gem before the PROCEED girls do.
