Henrietta and Jose are on a sudden trip to Sicily while an investigation takes place involving the murder of Elsa and her handler Lauro.  Section 1 gets involved since their head wants Section 2 disolved.  Rico is given the task of showing the the investigators, Pietro Fermi and Eleonora Gabrieli, around the girls' dormitory.  They are impressed that the girls aren't just some puppets but can actually think and act for themselves.  During the investigation, unsettling evidence is turned up causing Section 2 to cover up the results from Section 1.
