Things at Naota's house have boiled down to a gun fight between father and son for Haruko.  Meanwhile Haruko pays Amarao a visit while he's getting a shave and a hair cut.  When a huge form erupts from his head and starts moving toward the Medical Mechanica building, Naota, Canti and Haruko take off after it.  They are able to strip the main core and the form turns into a giant hand poised above the building.
