The alien woman, Haruko, discovers that Naota's brain has gone missing when searching for the reason behind the horns that grow into robots on his head.  When Mamimi sees Canti, the robot, flying from a rooftop, she thinks that she is seeing a god that has come to bless her.  Naota, meanwhile, begins to think that Mamimi may have had something to do with her school burning down a few years ago.
