Max finds Tinga hooked into some kind of machine.  Lydecker, in the meantime, has been using the inactive device in her head to track her.  When Lydecker finds her with Tinga, he is shocked as well.  Lydecker catpures Max and takes to a hotel where he plans on getting drunk and killing her and then himself.  Max escapes and takes him to Zack and a few other X-5's with the plan to take down Maticore.
