On the long trip to Mars, things are pretty boring.  Nothing the Jovians can throw at them is penetrating their shields so the captain is kept busy performing funerals for all of those killed on L2.  She gets depressed with what she say in the hanger and goes to meditate on it.  Akito is also depressed about Gai and why everyone has to fight and so he goes to mediate also.  Akito and Yurika are interrupted by a mutiny as several of the crew have discovered the fine print on their contracts.  This is the statement in fine print that no one aboard may do anything more with each other than hold hands.  This mutiny is put on hold though as they approach closer to Mars and the Jovians start to hit them with more firepower.
