Mike leaves for his turn at some down time and takes KITT to a bar he used to frequent.  When he gets there he finds that Sonny, his friend and owner, has died in a car accident.  His daughter, Julie, now runs the place but things are getting tougher on her as a rowdier crowd keeps stirring up trouble.  This along with strange fire outbreaks causes Mike to ask his friends to look into anything shady going on.
