Tsugumi uses her love powers to break the barrier to Atlantia, but this also lets through the assault Vectors.  Pierre teleports into their place.  Most of the assault Vectors are destroyed but nine remain.  They form three strange mecha that launch attacks on Atlandia.  When Reika is attacked, Glen reawakens and rips the feathers from his eye in order to help.  Reika, Apollo and Pierre are free to confront Sirius.  Touma shows up and reveals that it is not just Silvia that is the reincarnation of Celiane but Sirius as well - her soul was split into two.
