The whole group is watching a vampire movie in which the vampire looks a lot like Rena.  Later, Jun and Tsugumi get anemia and both have bit marks on their necks.  This causes a little mistrust of Rena among the gang.  When the next Shadow Angel emerges, it bears a strong resemblance to Rena, who has run off.  Now the Elements must overcome their fears of her in order to win.
