Pierre Vieira and Silvia de Alisia are on a mission to find someone named the "Solar Wing".  They run into a boy named Apollo who has the aura but no wings.  Shadow Angels appear over the town and Deava sends a Vector unit to combat them.  Silvia is upset because her brother Sirius will combine for his first time with Glen and Reika.  A Cherubim is sent to collect the Solar Wing also and Apollo's friend Baron is sucked into a building by the collector.  Apollo tries to save him but cannot.  When Reika goes down, Apollo somehow enters her ship and forms the Aquarion Genesis combination to fight the Shadow Angels.
