Cameron spends time at night with a night worker studying historical records.  She recognizes a man, a T-888, in a photo from 1920 and the follow up on who and what he was.  She learns that he went to the wrong time and now must determine what his goals were in the past and how it would affect the present or future.  Meanwhile, John goes out to get Riley out of a sticky situation at a party and ends up spending time with her.
