Roger is promoted to partner while Roger tries to come back to work in order to keep the Lucky Strike deal.  He winds up back in the hospital.  Peggy, having to come up with another campaign for a weight loss gadget, gets a raise for her work.  Betty, sensing something is wrong with her and Don's marriage, starts to have some fantasies beginning with a visit from an air conditioner salesman.
