Vash grieves in a small town and thinks about Wolfwood.  Midvalley the Hornfreak shows up and takes on Vash with his deadly saxophone.  Legato is also there and uses his powers to control the people in the town.  With the destruction of his saxophone, Midvalley kills himself.  Now Vash is faced with a problem, he must kill Legato or allow the manipulated townsfolk to kill Milly and Meryl.
