After crashing, Speed wakes up in a strange room.  He finds the Masked Racer's disguise and tries it on.  An intruder mistakes him for the Masked Racer and knocks him out.  Spridle and Chim-Chim, who arrive with Trixie, hide out in the trunk of the car that takes Speed away.  Speed learns that they bad guys are from Team Alpha and they are the one that cause all the accidents going after the Masked Racer.  Speed and Chim-Chim are able to escape and they enter the race.  The Masked Racer also enters the race and the fun begins.  Speed and the Masked racer must compete against each other as Team Alpha tries to get both of them.
