Ryoko has been arrested for falsifying a warrant and Toshi is still loose and has Ranmaru's sister Saya.  Ranmaru heads out to get Toshi while Sakura and Kureha go to rescue Ryoko.  Sakura and Kureha are successful with a little help from Kunikida.  They then show up to help Ranmaru, who is now at the whole in the ground near his old apartments.  Sakura heads into the abyss with Ranmaru in order to finish the battle and save Saya.
