Masane continues in her job with Dohji under her new boss, Wado.  She agrees in order to help provide for Rihoko.  Masane, much to Rico and her neighbors delight, goes to see Takayama.  Wado has turned his assistant into the ultimate blade and sends him to kill Takayama.
