Atori, Tobi and Isuka arrive in order to destroy Haruka - the Dragon Torque.  They tear out their lines and trap themselves here.  They find her and so does Karasu who kills one of them.  The other two fee and Karasu begins to tear down the dam in anger.  Haruka, listening to a voice in her hear, repairs the dam as though nothing had happened, much to Karasu's amazement.
