Kantarou is looking for a spirit and tracks her to a well but cannot exercise her before she takes off.  Meanwhile, Muu-chan and Sugino are having problems when her thinks she's paying too much attention to Kantarou.  The demon from the well finds Sugino and takes over his body.  In the house Kantarou and Haruka discover the real reason for the haunting.  Now can this information be used to get rid of the demon or has it's possession of Sugeno made it too strong?
