The PROCEED girls get the day off again.  Solty is trying her hand at cooking with less that stellar results from Roy and Rose.  She gets help from Miranda in getting better.  Meanwhile, Rose meets a man from the RUC elite and they go on a date.  When Sylvia Ban and Kasha see the two, they form an unlikely union to discover what's up, which also involves Integra's reluctant help.
