Miranda Maverick owns a company that employees hunters like Roy.  After she makes a commercial, some of her competition wants to bring her down.  She hires Roy as a bodyguard after a failed assassination attempt.  When Roy gets home that night, he finds the mysterious girl waiting in his apartment.  When Miranda, Kasha, Roy and the mysterious girl are at the police station, two RUC officers show up to take the girl in for questioning.  Before they leave a fire alarm goes off but the girl realizes that the man who came to warn them is the same one who tried to kill Miranda earlier and takes him out.  Soon after, the two RUC agents realize that their intelligence is faulty and set the girl free but, since she's an undocumented citizen, someone will have to take guardianship of her of she'll be removed.
