Jaime Sommers works as a bartender and is raising her little sister.  She's coming home with her boyfriend Will Anthros when a truck hits them.  When she wakes up she discovers that Will works for a secret agency and has given her bionic legs, a right arm, an ear and an eye.  She's not very happy about the idea but, when she runs into Sarah Corvus - the first bionic woman - she must fight for her life.
