The group has run out of HBT, the fuel that powers their vehicles.  In order to get more, they plan a rain on a town's supplies.  Yellow puts on a concert in order to draw attention away from what the rest are doing.  Things don't go fully to plan and they barely escape intact with the needed HBT.
