Things are back to square one, except that this time Sara and Danny do not enter the theater to see what Gallo is doing, thus saving Danny's life.  Kenneth Irons is not pleased about this since she will not be initiated to the Witchblade by a blood bath, which his plan need.  He orders Nottingham to get the Witchblade back from Sara but he is unwilling to do it.  Irons uses a murder on a website to get Sara involved and lures her into a trap using the website's owner for his purposes.  The owner, Christina, works with Nottingham to trap Danny and they bury him alive.  Sara tracks Christina and Nottingham down and battles them, besting them both.  Nottingham is amazed at how quickly she's master the blade while Cristina sneaks up on her from behind.  Sara lashes out at he and kills her before she can learn where they've hidden her partner.
