Season 2 Episode 1
Episode 24 of 59
Mohinder gives a lecture on mutations and the possible threat to them from the new virus and how it could effect "normal" humans as well and is greeted with a lack of enthusiasm.  He's contacted later by a man who wants him to come to work for them.  Alejandro and his sister Maya are on the run in Honduras and are wanted for murder.  They are trying to get to the United States to find Mohinder and to help Maya.  The Bennets now live in California under a different last name where they are trying to begin again and keep a low profile.  Claire tries to keep a low profile at school.  She meets a boy named West who, unknown to Claire, isn't all he appears to be either.  Hiro, in 1641, meets Takezo Kensei and discovers that he's a gaijin.  He also discovers that he's saved him from a battle which results in the changing of history as he has learned it.  Nathan has become a drunk since his brother has not returned and he thinks his mother is evil.  He has also gotten a divorce.  His mother gets a picture with the split helix drawn on it.  Kaito Nakamura has also received a similar picture of himself and he and Ando prepare for someone who will kill Kaito.  Kaito and Mrs Patrelli meet up to discuss the photos.  Matt Parkman who is also divorces now, becomes a detective.  He has been living with Mohinder and Molly.  Molly is doing poorly in school and it is because of the dreams she's been having.  She clams up when Parkman tries to help her.  Mohinder calls Mr Bennet and tells him that the company has taken the bait and that he's in.  Someone in a hooded jacket shows up and knocks Kaito off the roof to his death and Ando, just arriving back, watches it happen.  Peter shows up in a freight car on a ship with the broken helix sign around his neck with apparent amnesia.
