Yoko Nakajima is a high school girl who is apparently popular and her class president.  She has red hair for which she is questioned by her teacher and asked by her parents to dye black.  She questions whether or not she will accept the class presidency but conforms to expectations and accepts anyway.  She is visited in school by a man named Keiki who pledges to protect her which, not knowing exactly what is happening, she accepts.  She is attacked by a giant bird and Keiki calls forth helpers to let them escape.  On the rooftop they find Asano and Sugimoto who are now in the middle of the fight.  She agrees to let Keiki help but he must help her friends also.  When Keiki insists that Yoko use a sword to kill the bird, she will not.  He then summons a being that inhabits her body and allows her to fight the creature.
