Nenene, Anita, Michelle and Maggie are all on the run after being wanted for the Hong Kong fiasco.  They return to Japan to find that they are wanted there as well.  Anita accidentally drops the lighter that Nenene has given to Lee and it opens to expose messages inside.  They state that there the book "The Book of Clairvoyant Eyes" in the possession of The Paper, also known as Yomiko Readman, Nenene's friend.  The girls track down a contact that she has in Jinbo-cho who tells them that Yomiko is located in the place where the are more books than anywhere else in Japan.
