Juna hears a little voice from Kaine when she lights up a cigarette.  Later, Cindy shows up and they talk.  Cindy confides in Juna about her powers and how she was aware even before her mother gave birth.  She tells Juna that she can hear the voices of children before they are born.  Juna realizes what it was she heard from her sister earlier.
