Kryten discovers a transporter and so the crew tests it out by jumping to the nearest planet that can sustain life.  They discover all sorts of historical figures at war with each other.  They are what have become of an amusement park, wax figures that have gained autonomy.  The bad guys are winning and so Rimmer takes command of the good guys.
