Yuichi is the best at everything and is running for student council president.  He goes to school on his golden roller blades.  One morning he is met with icy stares and cold shoulders as his fellow students have read the reports of the Lil' Slugger.  They think that he may be the one doing this.  He confides in his tutor about his problems but his life seems to spiral out of control.  As he is walking home on evening, his rival in the upcomming election walks with him.  When the Lil' Slugger takes him out, it is apparently a good thing for Yuichi, except that now everyone really thinks he's the one.  Until he's the next victim.
