The DSA are hired by the owners of an apartment building after Asami sees bullies beating up the owner.  The building is said to be haunted and is supposed to the torn down but thugs have taken up residence in there.  As the DSA go about removing the unwanted tennants, some strange things happen.  In the end, not all is as it seems.
