This story takes place parallel to the previous one.  This shows how Mikura path intertwined with Kenichi and Tomohisa's and led to her being at the right place to help out last episode.  Mikura's goes out with her old friend but what she doesn't realize at first is that her old friend is out for revenge.  In the stories chronicles in Mezzo Forte, Mikura killed the daughter of a baseball team owner named Momoi Momomi who also happened to be Mikura's friend's lover.  Mikura also discovers that she was in fact the daughter of the baseball team's owner Momoi Momokichi.
