The Cultural Festival is here and Yukari's class decides to have a display of stuffed animals.  Sakaki shows up with a couple of globs that are a cat and a dog.  Sakaki also gets to pet Tadakichi, Chiyo-chan's dog, and he doesn't bit her.  Tomo get into a giant cat costume and goes crazy while Kimura anounces that the swim team should wear they swim suits everywhere in school.  Later, when Chiyo and Sakaki have their picture taken with the giant cat suit, they discover that Kimura was inside it.
