Director Miyagi talks to the survivors of Second Earth and tells them that they are now taking a new path.  They will no longer fight the Blue but will make Second Earth their permanent home.  Yuji has some problems with what Miyagi says since he compares the sleepers to the Blue and calls them a danger.  The remnant of the council escape from prison and slowly determine how it is they may take back control.  Yuji and Marlene admit their feelings for each other and Yuji tells her he wants to go back to Earth.
