Yuji Kaido awakens.  He went into a sleeper facility due to a terminal illness in hopes that a cure would be found.  Unfortunatly everything has changed and the facilities are now a war zone between huge bug-like creatures and mecha.  He soon discovers that not long after he went to sleep the Earth was overrun by these creatures called Blue and that he's been in the facility for 22 years and it is now the year 2031.  Now it's up to the Sleeper Recovery Team to get him to safety.
