Jinto is heading back to to the Haider system in order to rebuild an anti-matter fuel factory there.  Lafiel is going with him and on their way they stop by Delkou to see his friends.  He discovers that he won't be recruiting anyone to work for him there due to their dislike for the Abh.  Meanwhile, Samson is also recruiting, being the first vassal to Jinto and in charge of getting the factory back up and running.
