As Lafiel and Jinto head to safety, the Gosroth is attacked by ten United Mankind ships.  During the flight Lafiel confides in Jinto and tells him that the person who supplied her genes was Captain Lexshue on the Gosroth.  Against the odds, the Gosroth takes out nine of the ten ships.  The tenth ship, however, destroys the Gosroth.
