Leo leads the group to a railroad crossing where some phychic activity has supposedly taken place.  When he develops the pictures he took, he notices a hand on Momoko's shoulder.  He later learns that she's in the hospital with a strange illness.  They find out that this illness is being caused by a place-bound spirit and they have to find out what is keeping the spirit there in order to save Momoko's life.
